What this site is

Every purchase order, from inbox to dispatch.

Adinath PO Desk is the internal purchase-order system of Adinath Offset, an offset printing press in Wadhwan City, Surendranagar district, Gujarat, India. It reads the orders customers email to the company, turns them into tracked print jobs and keeps the design, planning, production and accounts teams on the same page until the job is delivered and invoiced.

It is not a public service. Only employees of Adinath Offset have accounts, and the only Google accounts it connects to are the company's own order mailboxes.

What the app does

  1. 01

    Watches the company order inboxes

An administrator connects Adinath Offset's own Gmail mailboxes. The desk polls them for new mail from customers and labels what it has processed, so nothing sits unread in someone's personal inbox.

  2. 02

Finds purchase orders and reads them

Emails that look like purchase orders are detected and the attached PDF or scan is read by an AI model into a structured job: PO number, date, buyer, line items, quantities, rates and delivery dates. A person checks and confirms low-confidence extractions.

  3. 03

Tracks every item through the press

Each item moves through design, proofing, planning, production, dispatch and accounts on a shared board with owners and service-level clocks, so the whole press can see what is late and why.

  4. 04

    Replies and reminds

Acknowledgements, proofs and follow-ups go back to the customer from the mailbox that received the order. Staff get reminders in the app, by email, WhatsApp, SMS or a phone call when something is about to slip.

How it uses Google account data

When an administrator connects a company mailbox, the app asks Google for one permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify, which lets it read messages, apply labels and send replies from that mailbox. It uses this to detect and process purchase orders, to mark what it has handled and to send acknowledgements, proofs and follow-ups to customers. It never deletes mail, never reads a mailbox that an administrator has not connected, and never uses mail content for advertising or for anything other than running the company's orders.

The full details, including what is stored, which service providers see it, how long it is kept and how to have it removed, are in the privacy policy.

Who runs it

Adinath PO Desk is built and operated by Adinath Offset for its own staff. Questions about the app or about how it handles data can be sent to adinathoffset@gmail.com.
